Print & Apply Equipment:

Several companies currently manufacture print and apply equipment that is compatible with the AutoPackList™ label system. One example is the Zebra 170 PAX and Label-Aire 3138N for Pneumatic (air) side apply or electric (very fast) Panther P2000 Electric or ID Technology Model 250 High-Speed Electric Tamp-Jet for top apply application.

The labels, in combination with the high-speed LPA Label Printer Applicators, are designed to apply approximately 20 to 30 boxes per minute or roughly 1,200 plus an hour on one line. The labels are applied to the side or top of virtually any size and weight carton from 2 pounds to 70 pounds.
